Shipping Policy
At Dubai Essence, we are committed to delivering your favourite authentic Arabic perfumes quickly, safely, and securely throughout South Africa.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are usually processed and dispatched on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
2. Delivery Times
- Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 2–3 business days after your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier network.
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before payment.
3. Safe & Insured Delivery
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely.
All parcels are shipped through trusted courier partners. If your parcel is lost in transit, damaged during delivery, or cannot be delivered due to a courier-related issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email or SMS/WhatsApp (where available), allowing you to track your parcel until it arrives.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate before completing your order.
Dubai Essence cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier delays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
